Long-Arm Quilting Services
NOTE: Maximum width for all quilt tops is 100" inches.
Calculating the size of your quilt top - measure the width(w) and the length(l) and multiple them together (w*l=total area). This will give you the total square inches of your quilt.
We charge a flat rate calculated by the square inch. All prices include a 10" border margin (drop edge), and batting. Click here for sizing.
Thread
There are many colors and types of thread to choose from. If requested, we are available to discuss with you what will compliment your quilt top.
One (1) color is included with every order. Additional colors are available for $8.00/spool.
Batting
Warm & Cozy Natural 100% cotton
Tips for your finished quilt: machine wash and dry your finished quilt in cold water. Up to 3% shrinkage can be expected in the first wash with cold water.
To achieve a more antique puckered look use warm water for 5% shrinkage. Warm & Natural won’t distort when hanging, hooping or when used in quilt frames. It can be used for both batting and as an exterior craft fabric. -warmcompany .com
Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 cotton/polyester blend
Hobbs Heirloom® Premium 80/20 Cotton/Poly Blend Batting is one of the most popular battings on the market. It offers more loft and less weight than traditional cotton batting, is durable and machine-washable.
It is recommended Hobbs Heirloom® Premium 80/20 Cotton/Poly Blend Batting be used with medium to dark colored fabrics. If used with light colored fabrics, unbleached cotton can slightly darken white and light or pastel colors.
Binding
Binding Options:
If you prefer to have us do the binding for you, we offer these services:
Machine Partial Binding - this includes quilt trimming, preparing the binding, and stitiching the binding & batting to the quilt front edge. This leaves the finishing to you. Cost is $.30/sq inch.
Machine Hand Binding - this includes quilt trimming, preparing the binding, stitching the binding to the quilt front edge, and hand stitching the binding to the back of the quilt. Cost is $.50/sq inch.

Quilt Labels
Embroidered quilt label service is available by request 50 word maximum:
less than 25 words, machine embroidered - $20.00
26 to 50 words, machine embroidered - $30.00
Backing
We are happy to use the backing you provide, but if you don't have backing available we can provide a backing to compliment your quilt top. We have 108” wide backing fabric which provides a seamless back with less cost. Backing pricing depends on the type of backing chosen and yardage.
Your backing needs to be 10 inches wider and 10 inches longer than your quilt top. There is an additional charge for seaming the back and ironing or other work needed before quilting.
Additional Services

- Sew backing together - $25
- Adding leader - $20
- Quilt top assembly - $30/hr - 8 hour minimum
- Pressing quilt top or backing – $15.00 (We typically do not iron the backing unless it’s wrinkled and is needed)
- Removing threads from quilt top – starting at $15.00 per quilt top.
Payment
We require a 50% deposit to start your project.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before we will return your quilt.
We accept cash or credit/debit card, PayPal and check by prior approval.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
